Who I am.
Hi! My name is Ashlee Griffin-Moore + I'm an authentic storyteller + doula. Oklahoma City has been my home for a little over 15 years. I am married to my super supportive husband, Juan + we have 4 children, JJ, Jameson, Amylia & Jrue! I knew after having our oldest, I needed something else. Photography allowed me to be creative + take my time learning an intentional craft. Once I picked up the camera for my first session, I knew this was it for me. I had finally found a career that works for my family + I.

Why birth work.
After attending my first birth as a photographer, I had been bitten by the birth bug. There was a feeling of "This is what I'm meant to do." that came over me. From then on, I pushed myself to become educated + network with likeminded individuals. Once I had attended multiple births, I knew that I wanted to go further into birth work. Becoming a doula was no surprise to those close to me. As I dive into doula education, I find myself saying the same thing: This is what I'm meant to do.
How I work.
When stepping into any space, whether that be a consultation, birth or session, my goal is to help you feel empowered in your decision making + make sure you know that you can trust me. Hiring the right support person for you is extremely important, especially when adding to your birth team. At the end of it all, I want you to walk away never regretting having me in your corner.
